everyone has a natural tendency to judge...that is the nature of man but these are "temporary judgements"...we all have no right to judge anyone because we don't know or see what is going on in their hearts...the only judgement that will count is God's...he is the righeous Judge and will judge accordingly

Alas, it is a tendency shared by almost all humans, including atheists and Humanists like myself. We all make judgments about other people; this is natural and necessary. Does this person look friendly or dangerous? Should I avoid his company? The trick is to judge FAIRLY, not based upon assumptions--to "judge the tree by its fruit," to borrow a biblical phrase.

I'm very judgmental. (I'm usually right too!) This is based on my years of living, working within the psychology field, and my analytical thinking. Odds are that I'm smarter than any random stranger I encounter. That's a judgment based on my knowledge of IQ statistics, and experience.
So, yes, atheists can be very judgmental and full of themselves:) We have all the flaws of christians since we're only human (for now).

Yes, we are often judgemental. However, it is not against our beliefs to be so. We don't have a book that tells us judge not lest ye be judged.

Perhaps we are at times. But generally it's in response to judging being done by Xians.

And there's no scripture telling us we shouldn't be, as the bible advises Xians.
