Hi there...in all honesty, spaying is the only solution to cease the caterwaulings of a cat in heat (estrus).

Most shelters worldwide will perform low fee or free (to qualifying low income recipients) spays/neuter. If you are located within the USA consider ringing 1-800-SPAY-USA http://spayusa.org to locate a shelter nearby you to schedule an appointment.

Get her fixed. she wont stop until shes bred and then you will have a bunch of kittens you dont want or need around the house. The vets can spay her even if she is in heat. They may charge a little more because they bleed a lot more when in heat but it is a pretty common thing to spay when in heat. At our clinic we had spays that were in heat at least 1 or 2 times a week. So get her fixed and get some sleep.

You can't. It's a fact of life. Why haven't you had her spayed? It is possible to have her spayed while she's in heat. Why don't you take her to the vet now and have the surgery done? The screaming will stop and she'll never be in heat again.

Yeah, cats are something else while they are in heat. She will just have to get though her heat cycle. If you can contact a non profit spay and neuter clinic and have her spayed. This will prevent unwanted pets and you will have peace and quiet!

You can take her to the vet and they can ahem, take her temperature, that will make her happy for sometime. The vet that I work for swears by this. I personally have had no experience...myself. Anyways if you are brave enough to do this yourself go for it other wise take her to the vet and have a general health exam done in which they will take her temp during this and you won't even have to tell them why you are really there! Good luck.

Get her fixed. It is torture for a cat to be in heat.

If you want to be responsible and get her fixed then both of you will be happy.

You can get her fixed now while she is still in heat. Please be responsible and call your vet now.

One of two things. You need a male cat to have sex with your cat or you need to get your cat fixed. She makes that noise to find a mate. I would recommend getting her fixed though, it's alot less trouble that way.

well, it sounds like you got this cat from a pet store. PET STORES ARE CRUEL!!!!!!! they take the pets away from their parents before they can even eat by themselves!!!

Anyway, she probably was tramatized from her time at the store, so she doesnt know who to deal with nomal things,,,
