Its an opportunity to talk to God. It gives you peace in life and for the day. Its an awesome feeling to know that you can talk to God directly, and the amazing feeling when you finish. Its a peace my friend. A peace!!

Stress relief. Leaving your issues in the hands of a higher being (God) helps you deal with thngs you have no control over.

It helps to build a relationship with you and God. It will draw you closer to him. It will help you realize how much that you depend on him.
