Your condition is indeed what you described. This disorder requires professional help when it's gotten to the point where you cannot stop on your own. Maybe there are some issues that you've been repressing and this is your way of numbing some pain or some memory you don't want to deal with. I think you should see a therapist and tell them what you're going through. They might be able to help you get to the root of the problem and stop pulling out your eyelashes which is an anxiety response and a coping mechanism for something much deeper, which they will be able to help you acknowledge and overcome.

My son has trichotillomania. It is characterized by uncontrollable hair pulling and then a sense of relief or happiness after. (It is actually a very complex disease, I could write a novel on it, but I will keep it short and simple). You will need to see a Dr. to help you beat this. They can prescribe meds to help and use behavior therapy to help you. It is believed to be a disease along the same lines as OCD. Good luck, and remember it really isn't something that is "your fault." It is a disease.

I agree with BRX and Biaak... Clearly there is something that's bothering you. You may not even be fully aware of what it is. I cannot believe that it feels so good that you are willing to continue to hurt yourself.
Please try to stop doing that and go see a counselor that can help you gain a better understanding of what is at the root of this behavior. I'm not sure what eyelashes are for other than making girls look pretty... but I'm pretty sure we need them. so please quit yanking them out.
Check out this link perhaps you can find some resources that help you get control of this thing, or at least help you understand what it's about. http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/your_mind/mental_health/trichotillomania.html

I have never pulled out my eyelashes but I did go through a phase of pulling my hair out when I was much younger. A therapist can help you overcome it;

You do need help. It's like someone pulling out there hair or cutting themselves. Something is going on in your life that you can't handle and you use pulling out your eyelashes as a way to deal with it. You need to get psychiatric help now.

I do when I'm under a lot of stress. It's not that bad but I know people who pull all of theirs out. A friend of mine was put on meds for anxiety and it helped her with this problem

you need to stop that as you need your eyeslashes to be fluttery and long its part of what makes us girly. You need to visit your GP and tell him what you do, that will be the first step to recovery. He will probably refer you to the best help either counselling or maybe theres some kind of medical cure.
