This is a recipe for an awesome mojito, 1 Serving.
4-5 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar
3 Lime Wedges
1 1/2 Shots Bacardi Limon
Dash Soda Water
Dash 7Up
Put the mint leaves and sugar in a mixing glass. Grind them until the leaves are all mashed up in the sugar and the sugar actually turns slightly green. Add the 3 lime wedges and just a little bit of rum. Mash the contents until all the juice is out of the limes and the sugar has dissolved. Add ice and the Bacardi Limon. Shake the contents vigorously. Strain the contents into a rock glass with ice. Top off with a bit of soda water and a bit of 7Up. Enjoy!
I've gotten great feedbacks from this recipe. You can hardly taste any alcohol.

Mojitos are great!
We have a local bar that makes a dozen different flavours, my favourites are Peach and Raspberry.
I don't know the alcohol they use but I know they put the fuit with mint and lime sometimes, muddle them (mash them leaving the big chunks) and put them in a glass with the alcohol and juice/soda.
Yum!

Sweet lime juice
Rum
Club Soda
Mix them depending on what you would like to taste the most. The club soda doesn't really have a taste, it just sort of acts as a base..

Tried one at a Mexican restaurant just to see what all the fuss was about. I didn't really like it, it tasted like seltzer water w/sprite and mint.
