You don't give your age, but many people have their wisdom teeth removed between age 16 and 21.
Most people don't have sufficient room for wisdom teeth, although others have them erupt with no problems at all. If you are experiencing pain in the back of your jaw, or any soreness in the gums, it would be good to have your dentist check you.
A panoramic x-ray can check the wisdom teeth and see if they are pushing on the second molars. You may be OK to wait and see how they continue to grow - only your dentist can tell you.
If you do have them out, it's usually better to get all 4 out at once. That way you only have one healing period and then it's over for good!
PS: dentist do NOT take out wisdom teeth to "make money." That's just silly. Extractions are not that profitable, and not considered a practice-building procedure.

You could ask your dentist to take an exray of your wisdom teeth in order to determine if they're crooked and may impact your other teeth or if they're straight and can be left alone for a while. However, I've been told that eventually most people get them removed because they get damaged very quickly comparing to regular teeth, and can begin to crumble and get cavities. So you may eventually pull them out if you see this happening or if they are crooked, other than for those reasons, it's no big deal that you still have them.

It all depends on how your bite is lining up.
Wisdom teeth could make your other teeth more crooked, but that is not always the case.
To know for sure, visit an orthodontist for a free consultation to see if it is a problem.
My husband, for example, still has 2 of his 4 wisdom teeth and he has no problems. So it really depends on the individual.

I know a few people who's wisdom teeth never came in, or people who's wisdom teeth have came in and there was enough room for them to grow in with no problem, but I just got mine out in October, all 4, because they were all coming in slanted, and yes, that can make your other teeth crooked, it caused me to get headaches all the time, etc, some dentists do want your money, but when they show you your ex-ray and you see them coming in slanted, even if they don't hurt right now, id get them out.

they can make your teeth crooked, however, some people's mouths have plenty of room for all the teeth to come in. If your teeth aren't already starting to move, you may not have the problem ever.

NO it is not true. The Dentists just want your money. I had mine out I don't remember why. They "can" push your teeth & make them crooked. One of mine was a "peg" so they just left it. It's cute.

It is recomend it to remove them only if they didn't come in straight, that's the only reason they will push you teeth ... if you don't know if yours are straight you should go visit your dentist to find out.
