I am going to get home from work at about 6:00 and I need a bneef recipe that I can make in less than 45 minutes start to finish. But, my guy is diabetic and prefers things without sauces or a lot of fat. Any ideas?

what do sauces and fat have to do with diabetes?

Diabetes requires maintaining a proper blood sugar level which is mostly related to carbohydrates, especially simple carbohydrates like table sugar and fruit sugars.

In any event, yes saute or grill a steak and make a side of vegetable to go with it.
