The fact that you're 10 years apart has NO relevance to the possibility of sharing the same birthday. The figure remains the same in its basic sense - 1 in 365. That figure may fluctuate depending on your parents decision to concieve with that in mind, in which case it would be approximately 1 in 5, allowing for an approximate nine month time span.
e.g. If you're born on the 1st of September and your parents concieve another child on the 1st of January, there's a very good chance it will share your birthday.

With 8 kids in the family there is about an 7.5% chance that two of them would share the same birthday, or about 1 in 13 families with 8 kids will have two with the same birthday.

I dont think it happens often. But me and my little sister have the same birthday and we are exactly 10 years and 3 hours appart. I was born 9-25 at 10:11 and she was born 9-25 at 7:11

It happens, and not in simple terms in multiples. My daughter is 6 and my son is a million. They have been the two born on June 19 in 2000 and 2005. curiously my anniversery is the reason. i'm not in all probability specific how many times this happens, whether this is not something to look forward to. exceedingly in the event that they at the instant are not twins of a few type. this is annoying on the youngster to proportion that day with somebody else.

I have cousins ( brother and sister) and my niece who were all born on St Davids Day, 1st March. My sister, Auntie and nan's birthday is 15th, 16th, 17th September. My bf's nan and her mother were born on June 16th. My nan and my cousin were born on the 3rd May. My brother in law and best friend are both 7th September. September leaves me skint dammit! My sisters ex had the same birthday as my other brother in law 21st May! God I never realised how many people share the same birthdays lol. Oh and my mam and my best friends mam share a birthday-28th August. My sister and Iwere born on the 8th December, but we are twins, lol, so that doesn't count. It is rare but not like oh my god that's so freaky.
