It depends on the state. You are in the really iffy age range.
But honestly, no matter how unfair it seems, statutory rape cases are almost exclusively for older men to underage women. It is much more likely that a 18 year old guy will go to jail for having sex with a 16 year girl than a 20 year old girl having sex with a 15 year old boy.
Also, it is only an issue if someone is saying they are going to report you. The police are busy with real crimes, they are not going to knock on your door while you are doing it and check your ID to make sure you are the right age. So if no one reports you, it won't matter.

yes it is. You know whats the sad part? a 34 year old guy banging a 14 girl is illegal, and an 18 year old guy doing a 17 year old girl is illegal. Does that make any sense? NO!

if your 16 go on google.com hit state laws and see if your state is legal at age 16 to have sex with your consent for I am in Michigan and its legal here for a 16 yr old girl or guy to have consent sex with another person older then them and you go boy good for you!

it is completly legal. at the age of 14, you can give concent to anyone 18 or younger to have sex with you. when you are 16 you can have sex with a 40 yea rold woman if you want to. it is legal to the fullest!!

I'd say definitely "STAY AWAY AS LONG AS YOUR NOT MARRIED!!!" You will ruin your whole life in the process for doing so, going after the lust of the flesh.
