I wear out my shoes on the outside corner of my heels. I used run in Asics 2110 GT's but after 3 months and 20-25 miles per week, i began experiencing pain in my right knee. I've been taking it easy on running and on the hunt for a new shoe. The sporting goods store I went to suggested a motion control shoe, I tried the Adidas Supernova Control but that seemed to cause ankle pain, doubled my knee pain and added lower back pain. How is the wear n tear on Asics? Is it normal to replace a shoe after 3 months? Any suggestions for a good cushioned running shoe? Help! I miss running!

go to zappos.com. they tell you what each shoe is good for and have them all tested. I overpronate and got a pair they suggested for it and I love them they have really helped my running. I don't like Asics that much, they didn't seem to hold up. Try new balance. Since I run everyday I replace my shoes every 3 months

Well...it's tough to provide you a definitive reply with out extra understanding. What style of arches do you've got???? Other than your supination, do you've got any variety problems??? All of those matters make a change. I have a incredible prime arch, and am a supinatior and the Nimbus works good for me. They final approximately four hundred miles....you no longer getting one hundred miles from your sneakers does no longer sound correct. But with the data that you've given, I could recommend watching into those: Asics Cumulus, Nimbus and even their new $one hundred sixty five.00 shoe Kinsei. Mizuno Creation, Wave Rider. Good Luck!!!!
