I'm a 19 year-old intern and my 44-year old landlady makes me give her footrubs, lick her feet and suck her toes every day in exchange for free rent. But she's really mean about it. She tells me that she's doing me a favor and I should thank her for it. But the worst part is that she says if she hears one more complaint from me, she will make me do it while topless. This is so humiliating. Can she really do this? And is she getting some sort of perverted pleasure by demeaning me this way?

She turned you into her b itch! Move out and get another place to live! Why would you want to degrade yourself like this just to get free rent? You're in the real world now and should be able to pay for rent if you are employed and if not at least ask for help from your family or get a room mate!

You must be a really lonely person that you feel the need to come on this forum and post such nonsense. I actually pity you.
I've seen your previous posts and you have a foot fetish that obviously isn't being fulfilled in real life. There are sites that cater to such things and I'm sure you would find more "satisfaction" there than on here.

dont know where you are, but talk to your local law, what she is doing is definately illegal in almost everywhere i can think of, she needs a long time in the state fat farm to remember why she shouldnt do that to any one. you should also talk to a good atty, you are in for quite a bit of financial reward. see law suit.. big time
