i see him all the time and sometimes we even talk but it does not seem like he likes me like i like him...how do i get him ti notice me?

Seriously... observe him. See what types of girls he likes? Imitate some of their behavior and how they look.. just generally - don't copy them exactly. And develop your own unique personality. Respect and love yourself. Stand tall, and keep your head up high. Enjoy yourself - have fun with friends, and laugh at jokes. Smile more often. Be happy.
When you're happy, you will glow - and that will get his notice. And happy people are radiant and attractive - they give out good vibes. People like being around happy, confident people who loves themselves.

express your interest with a honest feedback, to accept or to deny is his part, u have to be true and honest to your self,the best of all is telepathy works as in few hours, for that u have to stable your mind and send him your interest by heart.but remember no one can change anyone, so try with a hope!!
