It's really ok. It is a small cell with a toilet sink and hygiene items. Usually only one person in it if it is in a smaller town. For your first DUI they let you go home usually after yout BAC is under a certain percaentage. If it is more than the first time you've had a DUI you will have to see the judge no later than 48 hours after you are booked.

i went 72hrs for a dui and first offense of anything it's not that bad but its jail, food sux just try to sleep as much as possible and read
