Anything without "by-products" in it. By-products is the stuff they sweep up off the floor and add to the food after the processing. Bones, cartilege, etc. If you don't mind feeding your cat other animal parts, then anything would be fine. I feed mine Authority (from Petsmart), Iams, Nutro, etc. Watch the labels on Iams! For some reason, they use by-products in some and none in the others.

other good feed I would reccomend are chicken soup for the cat lover's soul, as it contains no by-products, or corn husks, OR Nutro, as it is doest the same, The chicken soup has a variety of meats in it, and your cat should love it, as well as it is very healthy for your cat, also Natural Balance, but it may be as expensive or more than the Royal Canin

Purina One is a decent brand, but the other Purinas in the supermarkets are junk food.

Iams. Science Diet and Eukenuba are also a great foods.

Hills, Iams is good, and fairly cheap, what you should do though is read how many grams they should get each, each day. and only give them that...goodluck
