I have used anti-bacterial ointment and anti-fugal creams. They don't seem to help. Any suggestions.

The best thing there is out there is called "Butt paste" I promise it will work, you can get it at a drug store in the baby department!

I think you should apply lotromin cream or a generic form of the same between your rear end cheeks for about 5 days twice a day. When you shower or bathe, make sure you dry well between your cheeks.
Its is very warm, dark, and damp in there and this breeds jock itch or fungal infections which can be pesky and resistant to treatment especially if you are not treating it aggressively.
Good luck. RN

If it is a true rash caused from sweat/moisture like diaper rash. Corn starch is the natural solution. over the counter I would try "Balmex". it's fantastic. If one of those doesn't work I would ask a doctor to determine what your rash actually is.

Could it be a yeast infection? Since you've had this for a while you should probably go see a doctor about this. There are several good ointments that will take care of a yeast infection.
