I don't personally like any dog licking on the lips and in the mouth. However, There are billions of people in the world and I would argue that there would be a portion of every nations people that allow there dogs to do this.
Why you have chosen to point out the white nations is strange but if you are not being Racist then fair enough. If you are being Racist - All I would say is: You can learn a lot from dogs. They allow us Humans to live in harmony with them and they are a totally different species to us.

I don't think it is a "white person" thing. I think it is a dog lover thing. I can see where you get that though because you see all of the white celebrities on TV with their little dogs in a Gucci bag and decked out in designer doggie clothes putting their tounges into someones mouth. But it doesn't really matter what color you are, if you love your dog, you will probably let it lick you. And also, dogs saliva is cleaner that humans!! It's a proven fact!

This statement is a stereotype. Some people are overly affectionate with their dogs, but they're not all white.
I'm white, but I think that if a dog licks someone on the face and inside the mouth, it's DISGUSTING. I know countless other white people who feel the exact same way.

How in the world does race have anything to do with how much a Dog is loved???When a dog licks a person it is a sign of love towards that person.Why care what color skin they have?Love is Love RIGHT?

I don't think it is a race thing.
It is a 'I am a goofy dog lover" thing.
I love kisses from my dogs! I don't particularily like the 'french kiss' but I certainly don't get mad!
When my cats lick me however, I do discourage that, cats mouths are full of bacteria, as opposed to dogs saliva which actually has antibiotic properties!

what does it have to do with being white? i have seen African Americans, Mexicans, etc.. all liking and letting their animals lick them. maybe you are unnaturally worried about white people?

LOL. Perhaps you should be posting in the Psych section. I think people love affection and dogs provide unconditional love. Perhaps, some people go a little overboard. :) Just watch the movie "Something About Mary". Or me with puppy clothes!

No. I hate it when my dog does that, but my mother in law who is Filipina lets the dog do it...
It doesn't matter if you're white, brown, purple, whatever. It's whatever you allow.
