They appear for no reson , Sometimes in a circle formation .I often need to prick them to relieve the itch , They are only on my hands

It may be warts. Especially because of the black specs--might be seed warts. If the problem persists, see a Dr. post haste.

I'm no medical expert. However, It could be hand, foot and mouth. Check in your mouth for blisters (and your backside too)

It's not the same strain that farm animals get and it basically a viral infection. Sometimes known as Coxsackie virus too.

It's very common in children's nurseries for some reason and very infectious.

As previously advised I would see a Dr to be on the safe side.

Likely some kind of yeast infrection, or similar. The reason is because they appear in a circular pattern, and this is called (believe it or not) a "fairy circle." Most spore-producing living organisms grow in circular patterns like that. Go to a doctor, he will give you an anti-fungal med, which will get rid of it.

could be scabies ... you'll need to get a prescription from your GP cos if you don't get it sorted it will spread and also to those you come into contact with. Very easy to clear up but you musn't leave it!

Sounds like a verruca or wart. I'd speak to your pharmacist or GP.

You've got scabies, go to the doctor for cream quickly as they can spread to rest of your body and don't touch anyone or you'll infect them.

sounds a bit like warts but im not sure. if they itch you should go to the doctors
