Wilfredo Gomez was a good fighter who you had to beat. He was not going to give up. He had no real weapons and a fairly decent chin. But Pac would out hustle him 10 out of 10 fights. He is tough as nails and has the quicker hands, but more importantly the quicker feet. The distance maybe...but I think Pac in a TKO in 8!

Wow this would be quite a war in my opinion and would probably not go the distance. Until he fought the great Savadore Sanchez, Gomez was undefeated and had a high percentage of knockouts. Pac Man is also a very good fighter and I give him a lot of credit for his toughness and his boxing ability. There would be some great exchanges during this fight with both men getting rocked several times during the fight. I believe that Gomez is the harder puncher of the two and that in the 12th round he ends matters with a perfectly timed left hook to the jaw. Good question sir!

I see that you are trying that Don King 'trickeration" by getting that home field advantage. I guess you will be putting something in the food and water. Packy will come forward in this bout and his style is made for Gomez who is a much better puncher than Manny. Gomez knows that he can't allow this bout to go to the judges and he is feeling woozy because they have slipped him a "Mickey". Gomez by TKO inside of 5 rds.

i think gomez would, i've only seen about 3 fights but i believe he would be too skilled for pacquiao. gomez wins by ko.
