Do you nurse your daughter? If you do, the lack of periods is understandable... you may not even be ovulating because of it. If you aren't, I am at a loss as to why no period in this long. You may have to actually schedule an app. and sit down with your OBGYN. As to the mucus, it sounds like the lubrication that comes naturally with sexual excitement. It can get sortof out of whack from pregnancy and the hormones thereof, and can incease until it can actually be a discharge that can be bothersome, although not in a bad, sick or negative way. I'm sure your husband would appreciate it! LOL Make an app and sit down with the doc. Ask him your q's before you find out you are pregnant again! That would be a real strain, two babies back to back like that.

~If you've had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant again... In that case, it's a good thing you didn't breast feed this baby.
Keep taking your prenatal vitamins in case you are pregnant.
See your doctor for a pregnancy test too, it might turn up positive.
You don't have to see your OBGYN for this test. Also, tell a doctor you can't get a return call from them.
I had a C-section and had the normal long period after. If you've not had any sort of period since birth, I would be concerned.
Good luck.~

As the previous answerer stated, it's entirely normal to not have a period if you're breastfeeding.
It's also not unusual to have additional discharge or spotting if you're breastfeeding, simply due to the hormones that are released in your body.
I don't see anything in your post that would make me rush off to the doctor if I were in your shoes. However, if you're really concerned, the best way to get your doctor's attention (sadly) is to make an appointment. It's probably best for you to get a check-up anyway, so you might as well go in to the office.

If you had unprotected sex there is always a possibility of pregnancy. You could have an infection or a cyst that is causing you not to have a period and discharge. If you gyn/ob won't return your call I would switch immediately!!
You really need to see a doctor!!!

If you are breastfeeding, it is typical to not have a period until you stop. I would still see a doctor regarding the situation, it is possible to be pregnant again.

It took me a while to get by cycle back after my kids too. I'd take a home test just to be on the safe side.
Didn't your doctor recommend any contraception after he/she release you from care? Did you follow their advice?
