If religion imposes that she'd be a virgin, you should tell her that, as she will be more willing to visit a doctor to confirm her virginity. But if that's just a thing you want as an individual... Find a book or website on gynaecology that shows you what a virgin's hymen is supposed to look like in a picture, and what a hymen looks like after some guy has poked his thingy through it. Go down on the girl, if you find that the hymen is intact, then she is probably a virgin. You cant be 100% sure because a punctured hymen can be repaired, there are shops in Japan that specialise in this work. Its possible that she is a virgin even if her hymen has a big hole in it. Well unfortunately there is really no way to decide if a girl is a virgin or not before marriage. Unless you examine her which is silly, If she is the kind of girl who demands respect of herself and others this will show in the way she handles herself in all current or prior relationships. Talk to her about her moral standards as far as premarital sex is involved. Sometimes you can just ask her and see what she says. I suggest if you do not trust her then you should not marry her, especially if her being a virgin is important to you.

First be honest to yourself: have you had any pre-marital sex yourself? If you have, then you cant expect a girl you want to marry, to be a virgin.
Even doctors cannot say with certainty that a girl isnt a virgin, as there is no fool-proof test.
If you havent had pre-marital sex yourself, then you have to tell your would be in laws that you are so, and leave it to their judgement to accept what you claim. You can ask them the question about the girl too, and have to accept their word for it. there are some ways you can know if she is NOT a virgin:
a) she is pregnant
b) she has a sexually transmitted disease

but there is no way of finding out if she IS a virgin for sure, other than just asking her
