i like the jeep but my girl think mustang and the MB S350L is good for us

Jeep Grande Cherokee SRT8 - Hands down it will do both things for you:
1) haul gear and people around
2) blow the doors off most muscle cars and keep pace with a Shelby Mustang GT500 to 60mph.
What other AWD SUV can say that?
SRT8:
0 to 60 MPH - 4.6 secs
1/4 mile - 13.2 secs @ 104mph
Mustang GT500
0 to 60mph - 4.6 secs
1/4mile - 12.8 secs @ 113mph
The SRT8 will slurp some fuel compared to the other vehicles in your list!

These are three very different vehicles designed for different purposes.
If you're looking for an inexpensive car with a lower insurance rate, a standard Mustang would be a good choice. You didn't state if this was the GT or not.
If you want a prestige make that handles well, runs smoothly and will wow clients and friends, the Mercer is the car for you...
If you want a lot of power and great cargo & seating capacity as well as versatility, then the SRT-8 Jeep is the way to go.
If I had to make this choice for me, I'd choose the Jeep. Your needs may be different.

Your car will be there long after she is gone buddy. I had a Mustang 5.0 and it was way more dependable than my ex wife. Go for whatever she likes the least, she's a problem looking for a place to happen.

They are all different cars. But If I was buying a Mustang, I would go with the Shelby GT500.

well ford sucks, and jeep well could be better, not shure what you mean by MB S350L but id buy the jeep

JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SRT8. IT HAS 420 HP AND CAN BE EASILY RAISED WITH I NEW AIR FILTER HOUSING MAKING 430 HP. + its all wheel drive IT WILL BLOW THE DOORS OFF A Porsche Cayenne TURBO S. EASILY.. JUST REMEMBER MUSTANGS EVERY Pu$$y has one. and the MB dont waste your time
