I am a dental nurse, we usually suggest soft luke warm food. Nothing too hot or too cold as this can start the bleeding off again. Things like cooled soup and yoghurt's. Good luck, just be careful and it will be fine. My brother had a tooth out yesterday and he was eating salt and vinegar crisps an hour later.

I had mine out too, they were VERY impacted so the holes were deep. Try and stay away from sugary stuff (sodas, ice cream, pops) because it will take longer to heal and it's not good for the sores.

Room temp soup (hot bad for stitches), rice noodles with a little chicken broth mixed in (carbs and protien). There is aways eggs too but I personally can't stand eggs. There are also those ensure shakes too which have load of vitamins.

My son had all 4 taken out at once. What he really enjoyed was milkshakes.I know it is sore but it will get better as long as you try and eat little bites but on the opposite side and drink something with calories you will be ok.Try a smoothie it will make your mouth feel better too

I ate chocolate pudding and chocolate ice cream. Be sure not to slurp it though - motions like sucking through a straw will give you dry sockets - that hurt so much worse than the actual wisdom teeth removal.

cold things like ice cream and smoothies, warm things that are easy to swallow such as soup (no chunks) like tomato soup or a type of broth, make sure you dont do a lot of sucking type things like drink through a straw or slurping of a spoon it will hurt like none other.

Milkshakes, malts, smoothies!! The only time one can eat ice cream without feeling guilty is after oral surgery.

You might want to try soup, but not warm as the blood clot in your tooth will start to bleed.
