You MIGHT be able to, but only if you can show that it is a fee paid directly to the college and is required of all students. Then you would use either the Hope Credit or the Life-time Learning credit. Your tuition and other fees would also qualify under these credits. In order to use the Hope Credit you have to be in your first two years of school.

It's only deductible IF it is a required fee charged by the school. Otherwise, NO.
