You may have a disorder of some sort. May want to ask your doctor about that. And, just fyi, pulling hair IS a form of self-injury. I highly suggest talking to a doctor.

Howdy Rowdy,
I know those feelings too. Emotions can sometimes get the best of us, if we choose to let them. The power of your choices are in your hands to let you know That doesn't mean that your feelings aren't real. They are real. So, How do you control your feelings? It comes down to what you think about and how your thought processes are coordinated to a higher chain of command in your mind. There are only two types of thoughts. Positive or Negative, no matter what it is you are thinking about. Your feelings are the fruit of your thoughts, which are seeds. Think positive and receive positive fruits.
So, here is how to train your mind to think positively. Thank-God for everything you love and enjoy, visualize those wonderful things in life and concentrate in a focus pattern on those good things. Do this when you feel negative and do it when you wake up and when you go to sleep and when you are at work and when you are at play. Next, Choose to think positively about your circumstances even if those circumstances are negative. Think, visualize what you want out of life. See the good and overlook the bad as if it weren't there.
Your brain is like a computer that follows laws. If you put in garbage you will receive garbage. If you put in positive thoughts you will receive positve feelings. You will attract what it is that you think about. Many great men and women have known this.
"You are what you think, having become what you thought"
Confucious
I highly recommend you purchase "The Secret". It will change your life and perception of reality in a paradigm shift. It's worth the money!
God Bless You!

Wow I feel the same exact way
I freaked out the other night at my parents house and got in a huge fight with my dad and my mom locked me in the basement and made me talk to her she told me I'm depressed and that I she really see a psychologist (b/c I refuse to take anti-depressants) if you decide to talk to a professional about this (which I haven't decided on if I can do that or not) make sure to refuse medicine all that stuff does is put a fake smile on your face and eff your head up even more, that or you become completely numb and have no personality

I will not suggest that you take medication, since the use of unneccessay medicine can lead to dependency. But I can suggest that you get some of this gum.... http://www.invitehealth.com/product_display.aspx?ProductID=HIC0106
indicated on this page. It will not only help keep you more focused and will calm the centers in your brain that makes you anxious.
I hope this works for you. If you need stronger, try the green tea that is sponsered on the page as well. Good luck.

You have severe depression. Moving isn't' going to help because wherever you go, you will always be there...with your depression.
Get some professional help from a therapist/counselor. That is the only thing that is going to help you get over this. They need to help you find out why you are so angry and depressed.

Sounds as if you may have anxiety along with possible bipolar disorder or adult adhd. I would advise you to see a neurologist or a psychiatrist(they are the ones who can prescribe meds if needed).
