David, Je pense que Kyle est homosexuel. (or you could say, "Je crois que Kyle est homosexuel.") Je crois means "I believe".
Do not use any answers that say "Je vous déteste." !!! They used an online translator. Vous is the reflexsive pronoun for 'Vous' which means 'you' but more than one person. For example...
A teacher would ask her class..."Did you do your homework?" She is talking to more than one person.
The correct form of 'you' in this sentence is the 'tu' form. The reflexsive pronoun for 'tu' is 'te'.
Just letting you know. You probably already knew that if you're in a college class. But just in case.

If you want to be formal with "Kyle", you'll want to use Vous, but if it's informal, use Tu.

"Je pense que" definitely means "I think that". "Je crois que" also means "I think that", but we tend to use "Je pense que" in the both senses ("I think that" and "I believe that"). It's definitely proper French. It's kind of a euphemism.
