If the scenario was reversed and it was a man taking a woman home it would definitely be rape and not too many people would disagree. But because it is a man we don't even think about it in the same terms because we assume that even if the guy does not have his head together enough to make a sound decision he is getting laid and would like it anyways.
I think it would be rape by definition.
