Don't "tell" her. You'll just set up a confrontation.
Say something like, "I know it's your body, but honestly I'd prefer you to pluck these. Would that be a big deal?" If you leave it as her choice, she's much more likely to think, "Hey, no big deal" and do it.
And don't start making comments about "gross" or "disgusting" nipple hair, or have your friends do so. Do you really want your girlfriend to feel that you think she's disgusting? Not if you want her to stay your girlfriend. There are much better ways to deal with the issue.

First, ask her if there's anything about your body that she'd like you to improve. But don't be surprised if it's something you don't like. But don't freak out. That way, it'll open up the discussion. Then, suggest the cream to get rid of the nipple hair. It's a give and take thing.

First you invent a machine that reproduces the interaction between a pear and a lawn gnome. Then take the toater and throw it through your neighbors window. Then tell your girlfriend to get rid of her nipple hair.

Do it discretely.
Buy her a flowbee and when you take it out of the box say "Oh, Look honey, it cut's nipple hair!"
Naw, just playin. Nipple hair, huh? That's a toughie.
Give her some benadryl and when she falls alseep get to work!!!

Maybe you could give her a gift certificate to a day spa that offers waxing services. If not, I would tell her, sincerely, that it bothers you a bit when you guys are getting "intimate" but that it doesn't change how you feel about her. If she gets angry, she is probably just embarrassed and it will get better with time.

my girl had it too. Just say you were watching a porn or somehting and be like, "this girl had the longest nipple hair it was disgusting!" she will proably get the hint, and hopefully shave it. It worked for me!

I would not if I were you. Is it really dark? I mean, people get really sensitive about stuff like that, and she may point out to you to loose the 20 pounds or start trimming your toenails more often. :D
