NO it's not being a stalker. You're just trying to see her and get to know her better....and to "just happen" to run in to her. I think it's cute.
Now, if you start following her everywhere and breaking in to her house and raiding her panty drawer, then yes, that's stalking. So far, it does not seem like you have reached that point.

Not at all. People get WAY too hung up on the "stalker" term. How do you think people meet to begin with? You have an interest in meeting her, and are therefore trying to find an opportunity to do so. Okay, great! People have to meet somehow, don't they? They don't just automatically know each other! Think logically about what you're saying...doesn't SOMEONE have to make the first move in order for each other to meet and possibly go on a date? My dad met my mom doing the exact same type of thing as you, and now they've been married 45 years.
Stalking is when you deliberately monitor her and push your way into her life AGAINST HER WISHES. If she makes it clear she's not interested, then back off. If you feel compelled to continue to pursue her and obsessively gather information about her and her whereabouts in the process, THAT is stalking.

Only stalkish if you ask her out and she says no and you carry on the same behaviour.
This is called romance, when you pretend to keep meeting in different places at the same time. All guys do it - its our hunter nature (ps Never ever ever tell this girl what you are doing, ever)

It may appear that way to her if you don't talk to her. Introduce yourself and start gettting aquainted with her. If you just keep showing up at places where she is, no matter how coincidental, she will classify you as a stalker. It is best to go ahead and put your fears aside and talk to her, invite her out for some coffee or something. Let things happen naturally with her, but not so naturally that you appear to be stalking her.
