Jesus states to help your fellow man (also in the bible), then how does the following scenario happen?
A young innocent girl is kidnapped and raped and brutalized by some sick individual. That girl had always been good, prayed to god, etc. With God being all powerful he could have stopped that suffering, but did not. With God being all knowing, he would have known ahead of time this was going to happen and could have stopped it. With God being all present, God would have been there through all of that pain and suffering and still done nothing, but just watched. How is it then possible that God is all good, and not sadistic? God did not lift a finger and watched the suffering and torture and could have done something, knew it was going to happen, but just sadistically did nothing. How is it that God will not lift a finger, but his son says to help all others out? Kind of hypocritical.

That's a good question, and I garuntee you that there are plenty of evangelical christians out there with nice, pat answers about how God gave us the gift of free will, and so the wicked people that did those horrible things to that poor girl were just exercising that God-given gift to choose good or evil (in fact, they'll probably have posted something along those lines by the time I type this message).

The truth is that neatly packaged answers like the one above (and they have more than one, just watch and see) do not take into account the victim. Yeah, sure, that bastard that commited the evil was sinning, and no he shouldn't have done it, and yeah he could have chose differently, and isn't it wonderful that we're not robots but have free will, blah blah blah. But it's an important question that you ask: if this girl had always done good, prayed to God, etc., why didn't he stop the travesty from happening?

The fact is, we are on our own. Whether there is a God or not (and I, personally, think there is), he does not interfere in the affairs of mortals. Simple as that.

I'm sure plenty of people will be only too happy to debunk my claim, citing God's personal hand in their lives and miracles they've seen happen. But just as many people can speak from the perspetive of this girl you speak of. Either God doesn't actually take a hand in our affairs, or he is the most random entity in the world.

(And, don't buy the "God's ways are not our ways" cop out; if that is the answer to the randomness, then he would be hypocritical, as the you suggest. Jesus said "ask and it will be given," and when it's not, people say, "God's ways are not ours." It's a cop out.)

God could have easily stopped this from happening yes, but he has a reason for all things to happen. The trials and tribualtions this girl endured will make her a stronger person for one. We are not put on the earth to judge others that is God's job. This man that kidnapped the girl will go to hell, yes hell exist!!!! God will not put more on a person than they can withstand. Even his only son went through torture and was hung on a cross with nails in his hands and feet and asked his father why he had forsaken him. God could have stopped it from happening, but did not because his son was the ultimate sacrifice used to make it possible for us to live an eternal life instead of rotting and burning for an eternity in hell. This girl has purpose in her life, God has chosen her to be used to bring people together through what she endured. She has favor with him. Just look at the conversations that have been started already because of what happened. Just because something bad happens to a person does not mean that God does not care. he is Just, not sadistic. This girl will have miracles to occur in her life and be able to reach people that you and I can not because of what she has been through. Think about it, God is not sadistic, he is not the one that kidnapped and raped her, he is the one that was/is still loving her no matter what. Just remember Satan, has many people following him and not everyone listens to God.

People blame God for the bad things without realizing the power behind this 'world' is not His. The Bible clearly states: “The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.” (1 John 5:19) When you think about it, does that not make sense? This world reflects the personality of the invisible spirit creature who is “misleading the entire inhabited earth.” (Revelation 12:9) Satan is hateful, deceptive, and cruel. So the world, under his influence, is full of hatred, deceit, and cruelty. That is one reason why there is so much suffering.

In this case also, another reason is “time and unforeseen occurrence.” (Ecclesiastes 9:11) ISince this world is under Satan, a world without Jehovah as a protective Ruler, people may suffer because they happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

God is also saddened by such events...that is why he promised us of resurrection. Jesus taught that someday “all those in the memorial tombs” will be resurrected. (John 5:28) Jehovah is the Creator of all life. Should it be hard to believe that he can re-create life? Of course, much would depend on Jehovah’s memory. Can he remember our dead loved ones? Countless trillions of stars fill the universe, yet God gives the name of each one! (Isaiah 40:26) So Jehovah God can remember our dead loved ones in every detail, and he is ready to restore them to life.

That little girl will be in a paradise, no cruelty, no suffering.

The Bible says that God created the heavens and the Earth as well as getting the ball rolling on life (Adam and Eve) and animals. Doesnt say that God is everyone, just The Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

God could have prevented His own son's death on the cross but didn't. Why? To fulfill a plan and purpose.
Instead of blaming God and calling Him sadistic ask Him to reveal to you the reason this tragedy happened. My guess is it happened for a particular reason in a bigger picture then any of us could possibly imagine.
James 1:5 says that if we lack wisdom to ask God. Try it and see what happens.

because since man first sinned, there will be evil on the earth. God allows sin to happen because now that guy has to ask to be forgiven, if God keeps People from sinning all the time then our experience on earth, which by the way is just a period of time we get to except Jesus, will have no point, all men sin and all men suffer, it is our own fault we're not perfect and it is our own fault that we are taken over by our humanly wants.

Not one of you deserves God's favors of sun and water and air and breath of life. You are all blinded by Satan.
Yes, it is a cruel and wicked world, just as the Bible fortold, but many of you are not even paying attention to the Real Source of ALL the problems, SATAN!!.! and that when you blame God instead of the one that CHALLENGED God--Well! What an insult to the Creator--He's allowing,---and let me tell you, with much long-suffering, and tolerant patience, for now--allowing His own people the choice of eternal death versus eternal life--Oh yes, He owns the world and everything in it, therefore a preset, perfectly balanced, timed end of all this wickedness is imminent, God will NOT tolerate injustice, nor let this unloving, wicked world continue!!.
This is an abomination to God!!

Nobody tried to stop the Pharisees and the Romans from hanging Jesus on a tree either.God has a plan.Though sometimes not pretty he has a plan.Have faith in his plan.We all suffer. Some more than others.King Solomon fought with the same thing throughout his life, but turned to God when he realized that God's way was better.

Whatever happens to us happens because God wants us to receive the greatest amount of good and he wants to receive the greatest amount of glory. This seems like a strange answer, but remember the Bible says that God's thoughts are not our thoughts and that his ways are not our ways. We understand only in a limited and finite way, but God understands on the infinite plane. This is why we cannot judge God nor can we question his ways.
