There is a place called The Dump we just bought our PB dinette set at. From PB it would have been $4300 + tax total, but from The Dump it was just under $2000 including tax. There are a few Dumps around the country. The one in Houston is where we bought.

There is a factory outlet in San Marcos TX which is about 30 minutes south of Austin.
