he is a very nice cat hes a domestic short hair tabby with lynxs ears everry one who sees him comments on how nice he looks for a domestic short hair . Can you show cats in the uk and where . How do you get into animals on tv ect any ideas ?

Hi, yes you can enter your domestic shorthair tabby in a cat show - they have classes for them. Your tabby does not have to be registered to enter but he does need to have all his vaccinations uptodate.

There are many online contests where you can submit cat pictures for judging based on their looks.

And some cat shows have a division for house pets, which judges on looks and temperment. But they need to be really friendly, calm and willing to have strangers check them out all within the chaos of an indoor show hall. Not all animals are up for that.

Your cat sounds cute!!! yes you can show cats in the u.k, i've seen it on t.v! Maybe you should look into training your cat for shows as it teaches them to sit and stay and be good!! which would be helpful if you wanted your cat to be a model for i.e calenders, books etc.... good luck
