Art historians are still attempting to identify whether the young Caravaggio's brushwork apears on paintings from the early Sienese period so we can not count any of these works as Caravaggio's. I'll give you a rough idea of paintings which currently exist and are attributed to him.

It is unclear just how quickly the artist painted but he worked rapidy and didn't use preliminary drawings. He simply made guide marks with the wooden end of his brush and painted directly onto the canvas. A contemporary said that Caravaggio 'worked for a couple of weeks' then went on drinking and brawling escapades with his friends. It has been remarked that some of his paintings were completed with icredible speed so we can safely say that some of his works could wel have been completed in less than a fortnight.

There are currently 92 works that exist which are attributed to Caravaggio.
