How would I like to be proposed.... He could take me to the place we first met, or in other cases, a place she feels secure and comfortable and that reminds and will always remind her of something. You could get on one knee, and give her a ring shaped chocolate first. And then, as she won't expect it, give her the real ring. The engagement ring that is...
But then again, you could do it without a ring... a girl feels your proposal as being serious from your tone of voice and acting rathen than a ring. A ring brings assurance but not on its own. The proposal has to come from your heart.

Something that fits her personality. If she's the romantic type, take her to a special place that is set up with flowers, a nice dinner, candles, and etc. If she is an outgoing type of person, propose to her in a public place where everyone can clap for you all as she says yes. Think about special times in your relationship and something that only she would be able to appreciate. Cater your proposal to her tastes.

Best way to propose to a girl....is the good old fashion way....first you ask her father for her hand in marriage ( or guardian)...make sure you are financially able to provide for your girl. Take her out to a nice quiet restaurant, or a walk on the beach etc, get on one knee, tell her the honest way you feel about her, how much you love her and want to spend the rest of your life with her. Tell her how special she is to you, and just ask her if she would give you the honor of making her your wife, to love and cherish forever.

Everyone is going to have a different opinion on this one.Some people think you should do it romantically while others think you should just get down on one knee and ask the question.
But let me tell you...how my sisters boyfriend proposed was amazing and so cute...it was christmas eve after midnight mass...a bunch of my family and friends had gone to my grandparents house for coffee cake.at midnight exactly...her boyfriend stood up saying he had an announcement.he read a poem he had written about the first day they met and all the times they spent together.it was really cute.then he got down on one knee and asked her.i thought it was the cutest thing i had ever seen.we even got in on tape!

First make sure you get to know her well.. her likes dislikes....
also jus try to know from her body language,talk,response... whether she has a soft corner or liking for you...
then depending upon her nature... you can propose her...
1. get her a bunch of roses, choclates and a card...
2. take her to out to some romantic place... n then make the situation little romactic by ur talk or music...watvr... then till her ur feelings...
3. just pass her a love note... lolz or dedicate a love song on air..hehe
