Maybe you're hypoglycemic
Symptoms of hypoglycemia include
* hunger
* nervousness and shakiness
* perspiration
* dizziness or light-headedness
* sleepiness
* confusion
* difficulty speaking
* feeling anxious, angry or weak

Hypoglycemia can also happen while you are sleeping. You might
* cry out or have nightmares
* find that your pajamas or sheets are damp from perspiration
* feel tired, irritable, or confused when you wake up

(Your email doesn't work to reply so here:)
Hypoglycemia is basically low blood sugar. Do you skip breakfast or eat a lot of sugar? Do you eat junk for lunch or skip lunch, drink a lot of soda? Do you have Starbucks or Jamba Juice loaded with sugar or flavorings? Do you eat a lot of carbs like bread, donuts, cereals, etc? All these things spike your blood sugars, so it's going like a yo-yo. When it's up, you feel fine. When it crashes, you get angry, moody, irritable and feel a little sick.
The best thing you can do is to eat a low carb/high protein diet. It may be difficult at first, but once you get over it, and stay away for "sugars" in bread, pasts, rice, candy, fruit, juices, your blood sugars are stable and burn energy properly.
Eat small and frequent meals during the day, which will help stabilize the blood sugar
There's a good article here:

It'll tell you what to eat, vitamins you can take, what not to eat, etc. First thing to do: look at your diet and sugar consumption.
Take care :-)

You are definitely harbouring resentment, the most powerful poison on earth. You have to think back hard to all the things you believe may have ticked you off in your life! As far back as you are able to remember. Write them all down and then sit down with someone you really know and trust. Talk about it, spit everything out! You must learn to let go!! By the way, how much do you drink?? Judging by the way you have laid out your statement, you do not sound very spiritual. Perhaps you need a God of your own understanding and ask Him for help. I have been screwed up my entire life and booze never did me any good. However today, believe it or not I am getting better and almost 60! I am trying to find God and no longer drink! Good Luck to you!

Hows it going bro...I've had a similar deal. It is your thought processes. There are two types of thinking no matter what it is you are thinking about. Positive or Negative. When you think positively it will carry over the rest of the day and come out in positive feelings toward others. When you think negatively it will carry over and come out with others as well. The more positive you think the more positive you will attract and visa-versa.

With that being said the pro-action you can choose is to be positive...it takes training your mind to think in a positive fashion.
Here are some starters...start thanking God for all the good things in life...focus in on what you enjoy and are grateful for, visualize them in your mind. Next pray for good things to happen and focus on what it is that you would like to see come through for you in your life. Example, If it is money don't think about money, but think and pray about opportunities to make money. If it is a good relationship define what that visualized relationship and attributes about the relationship and you will be surprised that what you put in is what you will get out. This takes time to train, but is really easy to take the steps to make yourself a happier person. I'm not kidding...our minds are very powerful even though we don't realize it and they follow simple laws just like a computer program. I highly recommend that you purchase a dvd called "The Secret". It really, really helps...watch it over and over and see how it affects how you perceive life and envision your future.

As for physical ailments due to stress and anger, I know that feeling too! It is true and many diseases are caused by the wrong way of being. You will find yourself relieved when you are able to manage your thought life in a positive fashion.

God Bless and be unchained! Praise Jesus!

I think you may want to get a brain scan..it could be a brain tumor..I am not joking either. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years and I've seen alot of these in young men around your age with these symptoms. Good Luck.

One reason is testosterone - everyone from 10 to 22 is a slave to hormones until they start to balance out. If you cannot control your actions or you get physiucally ill you need to see a doctor or psychiatrist

You should see a psychiatrist? Sounds like a chemical imbalance. Just the fact that you're asking for help is a step in the right direction. See a physician; there are medications that will help you.

lack of self control, buddy. Go on doing it and you'll get a stroke soon. Why don't you try going to the gym and burn some excess testosterone by boxing or something? Or try bull-riding, that will cut the edge off for sure.

Get made? No idea what that means.

You need professional help. Inpatient would be the best thing for you. Check yourself into your local mental health facility. That IS a serious answer.

This can be caused by several things : brain tumor, large blood vessel problems in the brain or a psychiatric disorder. Even a hormone imbalance can cause this. Your parents need to take you to a Doctor ASAP or seek help yourself before you hurt someone or even yourself. Please, there is no reason to delay seeking help.

I didn't think much of myself but myself was all I thought about. Start leaning in the direction of considering the notion that perhaps you may be helpful to some else. Anonymously. God sees those acts and appreciates good intentions.
