Are you talking about "internal" memory or the Memory Stick Duo Card that you bought and inserted? The photos are saved on this form of media until you "save or move" them to either your computer or to CD. Either way, you need to use the (I think its called) the USB port - your camera should have come with one, plug it into the camera and then the computer. Turn your camera on and follow the directions from the computer.
I don't have mine handy, so I can't go through it step by step, but it is fairly easy. I think the computer will ask you if you want to open the file - choose that option and then go from there. I would suggest saving the photos onto a CD because photos use a lot of space on your computer.

Good luck.

You can also get a floppy adapter, which is a metal copy of a floppy disc's shell, but has a battery in it and a slot to insert your memory stick. You put it into the floppy drive, and read the stick the same as if it were a floppy. Then move the pics over to a file on the hard drive, and the stick is empty and ready for more pics. OR, follow the suggestions in the answer above.

You can also buy universal card readers, and most of them can read the Sony memory stick too.
