Why does it seem like no one uses a blinker?

I noticed this when I went to lunch earlier. No one ever uses their blinker! The few people who do use that little stick to the left of the steering wheel only cut it on WHILE they are turning. I have really bad road rage so at night, if the person in front of me doesn't use a blinker, I flash my lights as a reminder. During the day I roll down my window and yell at the other person.

Actually my dear, that really really bothers me, too. I mean, let's be brutally honest- it pisses me off when other people don't use their blinkers when turning. I usually utter foul words to myself (with the windows rolled up) in my car when people do that crap.

There probably are a small percentage of people- maybe 5%- whose vehicles need repair, and maybe their blinkers don't work. Actually, in my car, the blinker doesn't work properly. It does not flash, so I have to manually move it up and down with my hand. But I usually use the blinkers- 99% of the time, I do- even if no one is behind me, or other cars aren't on the road.

Sweetie, please don't let other people control you (and I am preaching to myself here, too!) and make you mad while you are driving. Other people often truly are idiots- just laugh at their ignorance.

Plus, people are lazy in addition to being stupid. It's sort of human nature- but at the same time, I think it's reasonable to just simply use turn signals. It's not a grave task. Probably, a lot of accidents could be prevented if people would just use common freakin sense. But Voltaire once said that "Common sense is not so common." LOL.


If it's out of control, please get help for your road rage. I don't want you to get into trouble with the law, or get into harm's way, or God forbid hurt anyone else.

Good luck, and I applaud you for being a good driver. I think that the flashing your bright lights is okay- especially if the Buttmunch in front of you turns without using his blinker. LOL.

People who don't use Blinkers make last minute changes and rely on you to know what their thinking. I think it should be a bigger fine for those who don't use them. I think when you use your blinker and do it right, a Cookie ought to drop out from under the steering wheel and you get rewarded. And if you don't, your car should stall and die right there in the middle of the road, I think this is how the Areo Space Industry is training Monkeys to Drive and Fly, Why not there Superiors. Well, that hasn't been my experience. I find the majority of people do use their turn signals.

If flashing lights at night and yelling during the day makes you feel better, by all means keep it up but be aware your road rage can cause road rage in others, and you may wind up being hurt because of it.

Because in the event you seem on your State's Driver's Manual, you're technically meant to make use of your blinkers, despite the fact that no person turns out to pay awareness to that anymore. Hope this is helping you! :)

Well, it's totally true. Why, because they are either ignorant, lazy, or have no sense. Or maybe they think it's a wussy thing to do. I can't tell you how many times I've been stuck in an intersection waiting for someone to go straight and they suddenly turn with no blinker.

Because a lot of people don't. They should be ticketed - but they aren't. Just like so many people who ignore stop signs or speed up to beat a yellow light. I'm always watching for these *******. I suggest mounting camcorders in your car just in case some negligent nitwit runs into you or causes a wreck and kills somebody in front of you.
