commiting the unforgivable sin, then does that mean 100% that you did not commit it?

There is only one unforgivable sin and that is of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. And what is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit? It is rejecting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Of course, if you have rejected Christ as your Savior then you could not even be called a Christian. Once you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior you don't have to worry about committing the unforgivable sin because you have already had victory over it.

Well, only disbelief is the unforgivable sin. Since salvation requires belief you cannot have salvation if you don't have belief.

Some will say that attributing the work of the Holy Spirit to the devil is the unforgivable sin, but that too entails disbelief. That is, denying the miracles Jesus performed, the pharisees said it was the work of beelzebub and not Jesus the God man.

So, since being a christian requires belief, you can be 100% sure you are not commiting the unforgivable sin. Otherwise, you are not a christian if you don't believe.

I'll post a link that talks about this idea too.

Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost is regarded to be the unforgivable sin. Generally that is believed to be the point where a person is beyond conviction of the Spirit and is unable to be brought to the point of repentance. You will find many opinions about this from Christians so do not expect a clearly uniform answer. I don't know if you can guarantee it to be a 100% thing as you ask, but it is not likely to have occurred if you can still experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit. If you are not currently in fellowship with believers you need to start doing things differently. Your adversary walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Have you ever watched the nature shows on TV, the lion picks off and tears apart the animal that strays from the collective safety of the herd. Are you straying? Do not isolate yourself, this is unwise and will only produce hardship, pain, and loss. Return to God and He will return to you.

The way I understand it, the "unforgivable sin" is blasphemy to the Holy Spirit. This has lots of Christians worried, but it shouldn't. If they are worried, then they haven't committed it.

In Matthew 12:31-32, the Pharisees, having witnessed irrefutable proof that Jesus was working miracles in the power of the Holy Spirit, claimed instead that the Lord was possessed by the demon "Beelzebub" (Matthew 12:24). also in Mark 3:30 Jesus is very specific about what exactly they did to commit "the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit."

Do not worry. If someone does blaspheme the Holy Spirit, they will not seek forgiveness.

You must understand that if a Christian worries about commiting the unpardonable sin then chances are they never will. Because the unpardonable sin is directly rejecting the Holy Spirit within you. Basically it is choosing after knowing the truth to be an enemy of God and a child of the Devil again.

NO. still 100% because you commited it. It would only make a difference if you are sorry and ask for foregiveness to the almighty sincerely.

Sheesh.

Let it henceforth be known that I, Reverend Red Mage, denounce the Holy Spirit.
Because he's a giant poopy-head.
