First of all why do you think about dying? That alone can bring anxiety which it sounds like you are having panic attacks. The first thing you can do is not think about your own death that is a stressful thing to ponder and at your age is not something you should worry about. Try putting the death thoughts out of your head if that does not help it sounds like you could have an anxiety disorder and that is treatable with medication.

It might be something you are eating or not eating as the case may be - you might be lacking in a particular vitamin or mineral. You're not alone. Lots of people go through this sort of thing at any stage in their lives. I know you probably don't want to see a doctor, but it really would be the best thing for you to do, as they will be able to look at your symptoms and be able to work out if your problems are physiological or psychological. Exercise might actually do you some good. Take a brisk walk, rather than going mad with jogging or something like that. Small, manageable steps ...

My 12-yr old daughter has the same problem - we went to a dr. and they said it's just anxiety, no big deal, but it feels like a big deal to her! We have been working on learning relaxation techniques for her to do when she starts to feel it and she says it's really helped. She focusses on her breathing, making it very even and deep, and then concentrates on making each part of her body relax starting at her toes and moving up. If she's at home I'll rub her back for a while, or she will put in a funny movie.
Talk to your parents about seeing a dr; if you are actually fainting it's serious and you might need medication to help you deal with it for a little bit. Good luck, hon!

I think it's time to talk to a doctor or at least a nurse. This could really start to mess you up big-time if you don't deal with it. Something has got you freaked, either physically or psychically, and you need to figure out what right away.

Hi there Katy - I am a Mum and think you need to have a chat to your mum I bet she had feeling like you when she was your age. Go and have a health check as that will convince you that you are just like anyone else but most of all have a good life!

hey chick. i know totally what youre going through, coz i went through the same thing a few months ago.
i have panic disorder, which sounds really scary, but its really not. it basically just means i get freaked out by anything stressful. the fainting and stuff you talked about are just panic attacks, which are caused by panic disorder.
panic disorder doesnt mean youre particularly stressed over one particular thing, it just means you get freaked out a little bit easier than most people. theres a really good website http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/conditions/mental_health/disorders_anxiety.shtml which has loads of info on it.
id really suggest chatting to your GP. you can get treatment for this. you dont have to suffer xxx

Depression and anxiety but i would see your doctor, i had similar feelings. you are having panic attacks, look up on the internet about how to cope with stress and panic attacks.
the best thing i ever heard was a panic attack cannot kill you.
also see your doctor about possible asthma, he will know whether its asthma or anxiety.
take care.

You shoudn't be like this at your age. Look at all apects of your life - something somewhere is not right - find it and fix it - at least get help to fix it.
