I'm looking for good or bad experiences from anyone that has had braces put on the inside part of their teeth. I'm interested in getting my braces put in this way, but I'm not sure if it's worth the money. Any advice would help.

Many readers on our website message board have lingual braces (behind the teeth). There are pros and cons to this. You cannot see them, but on the other hand they do tend to make your tongue hurt and take longer to get used to. If you go onto our message board you will see that there is a category for Lingual Braces. People who have them can answer your questions about how they feel and how they like them.

I had a bridge cemented to the inside on my bottom teeth. Did the job and didn't really bother me, and now my bottom teeth are much straighter than the top. I should think it would depend on your orthodontic prognosis, though.
