Well little Italy has great food! And you should check out Greenwich village! If you are into museums then hit the Met and the Gugg! Soho is a great place to walk around to with all the galleries! You can do all the touristy stuff like the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty etc...

Anyplace on opentable.com is very reliable. You can narrow your search based on budget, area of NYC, etc.
I recommend seeing the Bodies Exhibition in South Street Seaport - I just saw it and it's amazing. South Street Seaport is a great place to visit on the weekend - I recommend eating at Harbour Lights or Cabana at South Street Seaport.
Also, don't miss Grand Central Terminal - it is truly beautiful. I think some of the Christmas shops are still open and there's usually some sort of light show going on in the station. I recommend eating at Cafe Centro or Michael Jordan's.

sure it really is relaxing. a lot relaxing. there is continuously some thing going from paintings shows to golf equipment and so so so a lot more effective. Its a good position o stay, yet DONT stay contained in the Bronx, thats no longer relaxing. Yess to stay in enormous apple you pick an excellent type of money, yet Brooklyn is sweet by way of the bridge and there is plenty to do there besides. i might want to offer it a try. life is about taking opportunities, if it doesn't workout consultation go lower back or try some thing new! good success with the flow, i desire each little thing is going nicely!!!!

Theres plenty to do in NY - all the usual tourist bits like Empire State Bldg (a must) Statue of liberty, Times sq. If you are into your shopping you can visit the likes of Macy's & Bloomingdales. Ice Skating in Central park is an experience, go for a meal in China Town - Theres thousands of restaurants/fast food etc.

If they run in the winter, I think the boat cruises that circle Manhattan is good value. They give excellent commentary as they points out the various sites. I think there are various cruises, but the 3-hour cruise I took years ago circled the entire island. I learned and saw an awful lot in a short time!

Eat at Tavern on the Green in Central Park; the food is crap, but the decor is incredibile. Shopping: Bendels', Bergdorf Goodman - both extremely expensive, but fun to see. See St. Patrick's Cathedral. If u want to see a show: Phantom of the Opera is definitely the best: BEAUTIFUL.

I always recommend that first time visitors here take one of the double deck bus tours. This will give you an overview of the entire city. The busses are new and they have added several tours in recent years. Do the uptown, downtown and Brooklyn loops for sure.
See resources below to build itinerary.
