מעיין חתום, or with vowels: מַעְיָן חָתוּם. It is pronounced: ma'ayan hatum.

1. Find an interliner Hebrew-English Bible and look up the specific verse.

2. Go to any seminary or university with a religion department and find the professor who teaches Hebrew. Ask him.

3. Go to your local synagouge and ask the Rabbi.

Further to Slus' response, Biblical Hebrew tended to use the preposition "אֶל" for "to" rather than "-לְ". Also, because the Torah is written in a past-tense narrative form, there are very few sentences like "X does Y to Z." It will basically always be phrased "And Y'ed X to Z." For instance, making it past tense, "He gave John apples" would come out as "And gave apples to John" -- ויתן תפוחים אל יוחנן
