Ok I think I have Lice
What can I do to get rid of it ??
I cant get a shampoo for it cause I dnt want to tell my mother cause she is going to get stressed 1
sO any home remedies??
Plz HELP?

The best thing that i can recomend is that you use a pet shampoo...no offense, it works. Assuming that you have pets, with fur of course. Reason being, in biology terms, lice are in the same scientific family as fleas. my best suggestion is Dog shampoo, but dont be afraid to tell your mom. She is probably going to be more upset that you didn't tell her, cause she might want to help you. Worst case scenario... she's upset cause she wasn't the one you went to to ask for help, which will make her feel bad. Trust me, my mom and my mother are both like that.

OK I'm a hairdresser of many years and therefore now that most of the lotions from pharmacy's don't work they don't kill eggs that keep hatching! so the best way to treat your hair is to use baby oil this will make the eggs and lice just slide out then get some white paper and a fine comb and encourage the little buggars out comb in all directions!when you see on the paper you have to kill them with your finger nail they don't live on furniture so don't worry! then every time you wash your hair use tea tree shampoo bought at any supermarket no embarrassment necessary!! oh they do only live in clean hair!

Pour vinegar on your head or cover your scalp in Vaseline I know they sounds crazy but it works. I would use vinegar the Vaseline takes like 3 or more days to get out. Also go to yahoo search for lice remedies. It would also be a good idea to tell your mom so you can all get treated just in case and vacuum everything and if you have stuffed animals put them in bags tied up and wash all pillows and blankets and also ponytails and put brushes(the part with bristles) in very very very hot water. If you don't do it right they will come back or just stay!!!!!!!

if u cant buy it yourself ask a friend but if u live with ur mother u should probably get all of your bedding washed and dried,furniture, she will understand and help u I think your freaked moms have been through it already. but if u have had it a while their every where u have sit or laid and they jump from on person to another. I'm sure telling your mom is the best thing u will need help and who better then mom

The best thing to do is tell your mother. If you don't the head lice is going to spread to everyone else in the family and to kids at your school. Don't be afraid you may have caught the lice from an infected child or adult you came in contact with.

You don't have to tell your mom, you will need the shampoo for lice.Use if full strength. then mix it with your regular shampoo. Dr. told me to do this to my kids because a neice that visited often had it. My kids never got lice. A part of school shopping in Aug. is to include this shampoo.

just get some lice shampoo from a drugstore, get someone else other than your mom to drive you there. then follow the directions exactly and then use the comb to get all the eggs out!!! don't be embarrassed or afraid to tell your mom though, you're not the first one to get them and won't be the last!

ok, the only way to get rid of them is to get the treatment that you put into your hair, then have someone else comb them out with the tiny comb that comes with it. if you don't want your mom to know, then have a close friend help you, but you won't be able to do it successfully by yourself. really, you should tell your mom, because it could already have spread into your home. it would be better for you to tell her than to have her catch it herself.

Just because you got it doesn't mean you are nasty or anything. It could happen to anyone. It's not that hard to get. I remember in school, I used a girls brush, who looked very clean, and got it. I need to get something. Would you rather tell your Mom or someone else see them?

that sucks... screw the home remedies. tell your mom, i would. or just tell her to take you to the store and buy it with out her knowing, but if there is no other way i would tell her ASAP
