yes you can it is very unlikely but sometimes it happens. it may happen because the doctor didnt do it correctly. about 3 out of 100 get pregant even when they have their tubes tied it kind of is like birth control their is still a possibility. :)

It's very rare but yes you can. It runs about the same stats as a woman getting pregnant on the birth control pill (taken correctly without missing days, of course).
