First of all you should go to your doctor or call the doctor and tell them what's going on. If you are having a miscarriage then you will start bleeding heavy and cramping, because your body is trying to clean its self out. Sometimes the further along you get your body adjusts to being pregnant and relaxes and your stomach isn't hard anymore, and the bloated feeling goes away. Your baby might be sleeping during the day and is awake at night awhile you sleep and you don't feel it move. Just go to the doctor and they can help you by checking for the heartbeat and doing an ultra sound.

I don't want to scare you and you are probably ok. But I was 16 weeks pregnant and woke up one morning and just didnt feel pregnant anymore ( no breast tenderness etc) I panicked because I already had one miscarriage. With this I didnt have any bleeding spotting etc..I went to the doctor for ultrasound and everything was ok. One week later I went back and the baby had no heartbeat. I think that you should go to the doctor and get ultrasound. Tell him something is not right. Also have him check your hormone level I think this may have something to do with what happened to my baby. Good luck I will say a prayer that everything is ok with your baby.

Go see your doctor!!! He will be the only one that can tell you if your baby is okay. It could be a while before you actually miscarry and for some women it is very fast. Lots of times you will hear of women who lose a baby and a few weeks later suddenly lose an immense amount of blood, kinda like their water breaking, but obviously not. Other people start out like they are having a regular cycle only it is MUCH heavier and lasts a lot longer. But the number 1 thing here is that you should go see you doctor as soon as possible.

First thing to do is calm down......next thing is I am sure everything is ok but to do a test just to see if the baby is ok....is drink a pop within 15 minutes.....wait about a half hour and count how many twitches or movements you get. If you do have a miscarriage you will start spotting and then it will turn into a full blown period....if you lose the baby....at four months you might just pass it but you might have to go in. If the pop thing doesnt work....go and see the doctor right away. Its better to be safe than sorry. Hope this helps! Or call ask-a-nurse. They might be helpfull too.

You need to get to the doctor ASAP. This is not something to take lightly as your life can be in danger. There is a risk of infection and uncontrolled bleeding. There could be many reasons for what you are feeling. Good luck.

If you're that worried, you should call your health-care provider and schedule an appointment asap! At 4 months you would more than likely need a D&C (dilatage and cutterage). The sharp pain might have been round ligament pain (stretching ligaments). Good Luck with everything!

That is possible.. however when your uterous strtches it can damage the abdominal muscles causeing those signs. But if you really feel this way you should call your dr immediatly.Maybe they can check via ultrasound.Good Luck!

You will need to have the contents of your womb emptied if the baby no longer lives. Sometimes your body cannot get rid of it and infection sets in.
