my ex says she loves and always will, but she said she is not in love with me anymore, we where together for a year 3months, she said i smothered her for the last like 2 months and she couldnt handle it, at first i blamed her and said she was being stupid.. we broke up over 2 months ago, i soon did relise that it was my fault and i worked on myself and i am a better person now.. but she doesnt beleive me and she said she doesnt want to go back there again, she said she cares alot about me and isnt in love with me at the mo. she said she wants to be freinds... is it possible i can win her heart back, i told her if she only wants to be freinds thats ok, i respect her wishs, im trying to show her that i have changed, im not an insecure, jealous, overprotective guy anymore, im confident and open and happy with who i am... i miss her alot, i truely love her, im willing to let her go, cause thats what she wants, i need to know if theres a chance i can win her back? any1 have advice?

First off, man... she is a woman. You need to respect her wishes. What she wants should be more important to you than what you want. Show her you're a man, and stop whining all the time. Buy her flowers... call her and ask her how her day was... leave her a note before she goes to work. Prove to her that you love her and what she want's is more important to you... and if you get back with her... STILL be respectful of her wishes... don't be over jealous... love her, and respect her... she is a woman... not a dog.

Be honest and tell her how you feel. If She still wants to be friends pick plan B and/or C.

Do something really spectacular man! Come up with some kind of deal where she is overwhelmed by your love for her! I don't know you or her so I can't really say what to do, but something fun, spontaneous, and witty...Chicks dig it! Like go to her work and sing to her in front of her co-workers with flowers in your hand (make sure you write the song yourself of how you feel) Note: only do this if you have a good voice! Otherwise pick something else just as extravegant and risky for you to prove your point.
Plan C
Make her jealous, get some super hottie to go out with you, when you know she will see you together, then if she does like you it will burn her up to be with you instead of her. You can play this game well if you know somebody who is hot and is just a friend and will be willing to help you get your girl back...some girls dig that kind of stuff, making other girls jealous...

If these don't work go on with your life as soon as possible...date other girls keep yourself busy, because my friend I had a similar situation, the worst thing to do is worry, fret and despair. It isn't worth it! I hooked up with her again several months later just to realize what kind of a person she was and I didn't want to be with her anymore, anyways...Have fun, and find someone else...if she is paranoid about your jealousy and insecurity there is probably a reason she doesn't want a good relationship, she probably just wants to have fun, and maybe not with just you. CUT IT OFF-LET IT GO. When a woman breaks up with a man , she's done , thats it , game over. I hate to tell it to you like this but I think thats what you need to hear. Crying over her , chasing her , calling her , telling her you love her...Will only push her away and she will start to be mean to you. You have to cut ALL ties immediatley. As for being friends...Everyone says that , how many do you know that have remained friends. What are you to gonna talk about , the new guy she's Fu$#ing? IT'S OVER , the hurt WILL go away. you need to go out on a limb to show her why she fell in love with you to begin with. wine and dine her take her out, make her laugh and make her fall in love just like you did at the beginning of your relationship. Make her miss you when your away from her but don't push her she may be ready to move on and if that's the case you have to let her go or she wont ever come back.
