how can i achieve hair like noel fielding from the mighty boosh? what products and basically how to use them to get a similar look to his. thanks

Get a good picture of him with the hair you want, take it to a your hairdresser and as they style it for you ask them which the best products to use are.
Noel fieldings hair changes slightly everytime i see it so he has the one cut and goes from light mousse to the underside of hair dragging it up, back-combing, and using hair spray to hold it in place so you don't lose your hours of effort.
It's alot more effort with a hairstyle that has an effortless look lol

Go to the Barbers and ask for a 'Mullet' then get some HAIRSPRAY and apply generously.
