i was worndering if there is any type of online or email counseling services? i need help for my friend

Have to agree with bmac 100%. The dangers of people claiming to be professional counselors on line would be overwhelming and the advice given may cause people more problems then before they asked for advice. If your friend is in need of help from a professional have them seek one out in there area and use it to their advantage.

No. That would be highly unethical and illegal. They can't do it. You have to be seen in person. You have to know they are a doctor/certified therapist and they have to verify your identity, too before they can give you any help.

Imagine you send an email to someone who says they are a doctor. ANYONE could say that online.
