¿tocas un instrumento o cantas?
Do you play an instrument or sing?

¿cuántos amigos tienes que trabajan? ¿dónde?
How many friends do you have that are actually working? where?

¿qué practican ustedes? (you plural)
What do you practice?

¿quién es una persona que nada bien?
who is a person that swims well? (strange question)

better would be:
¿quién es el mejor nadador?
¿who is the best swimmer?

This is hard to translate because they are not complete sentences. But just at it is, I think it means:

tocas un instrumento o cantos?=
headdresses are an instrument or a song?

cuantos amigos tienes que trabajan?=
whichever of your friends you have to work with.

Donde?= Where?
que practican ustedes?= that which you have to practise?

quien es una persona que nada bien?=
who is the person who does not feel well?

Do you play an instrument or songs? (Cantos could be a typo for "cantas", in which case it would be "Do you play an instru
ment or sing?")
How many of your friends work? Where?
What are you (plural) practising?
Which of you swims well?
