Well,..Ya get yellow-green? Or ya get green-yellow, something like that?

Seriously now, I think it's a different green, with just more of a yellow tint.

Blue and yellow make green. So when you are just adding more yellow to the green you've already got, ya just get a green with more of a yellow tint.

Now green-yellow, I have just found out! Is 2 thirds yellow, and one third green. It is the color traditionally known as chartreuse.

It is in the exact middle of the color spectrum that is visible to the eye.

It is a pure chroma. It is the color between chartreuse, ( also called lime ), and the web colour chartreuse on the color wheel.

That is why it is the most catching color to humans and is often used on all kinds of uniforms.

A 50 - 50 mix will produce a nice blue.
If you use a 25 - 75 mix the colour will be a Blueish Yellow or Blueish Green which ever is the 75% colour

a lighter green, like some apples, or young leaves. So yellow-green is sort of the best answer. Green and yellow are close to eachother in the spectrum.
