Don't let them have any dairy products or fizzy drinks - these will irritate the stomach lining and make their sickness worse.

Ice lollies are a good way to get fluids and sugar into them when children are ill, they take a while to eat and so don't suddenly flood the stomach with fluid - which usually come back up just as quickly as they went down!

Give ORS every few minutes, a few sips or spoons at a time, to prevent dehydration. If the child vomits, wait for 10 minutes and then give more slowly. Continue feeding. Give yogurt, rice bananas, apples.

Don't quite get the question but try massaging their tummies a little give them a hot water bottle to cuddle & peppermint. xxx
